Direction to Use

Soak your feet in warm water for 5–10 minutes to soften the skin. Dry your feet thoroughly with a towel. Hold the foot file by the handle and place the coarse side of the file against the area of rough or callused skin on your foot. Gently move the foot file back and forth in a side-to-side motion, applying light to moderate pressure, until the rough or callused skin is removed. Flip the foot file over and use the fine side to smooth and polish the skin. Rinse your feet with warm water to remove any dead skin cells. Dry your feet thoroughly with a towel. After use, clean the foot file with soap and water, then dry it off and store it in a dry place. Note: Do not use the Pro Essentials Dual Action Foot File on broken or irritated skin.
