The shoe care products, Insoles & Foot Care & Nail Care products are non-refundable as they come under the accessories category. But there are few conditions in which the exchange of the products can be processed.


Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for an exchange. Please note that a damage cap/can/cartoons does not qualify for a return of product as it has no impact on product performance.

In order to qualify for exchange you must provide the unboxing video to with your order ID.

  • Products should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, packing, barcodes and invoices, accessories, freebies and original packaging defined as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, the product shall not be accepted for return and shall be sent back to you.
  • The courier cost of return will be borne by the customer. The amount of courier cost will vary as per the geography.
  • The return packages should be adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit.
  • We reserve the right not to accept return of products which (i) we believe are being returned after use, or (ii) are damaged at customer’s end.



If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 7 days of receiving the order:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email ( within 7 business days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to exchange the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share unboxing video & image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the exchange of the product if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Note: In case of exchange, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, the product will be dispatched once it will be in stock.


  • The reasons for cancellation shall inter alia include without limitation the following.
  • Your failure to comply with these Conditions or breach of any of the policies/terms referred herein.
  • Technical errors or issue
  • Any reason relating to credit/fraud avoidance.
  • Invalid address or wrong address is provided by the User in order details.
  • Malpractices used to place the order.
  • Bulk order is placed for likely commercial resale.
  • Order is undelivered after two (2) attempts.
  • Pricing or specifications on any product as is shown on the Website due to any technical glitch, resulting into incorrect pricing or specifications.
