Return & Refund Policy

1.RETURN /EXCHANGE POLICY

· We grant you a period of 7 days from the Order receive date to return the products. (In case you return the goods within the said period, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed.

· The said period of return will expire after 7 days from the day on which you received the Ordered goods.

2. CONDITIONS OF RETURN: Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund. Please note that a damage cap/can/cartoons does not qualify for a return of product as it has no impact on product performance.

· Products should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, packing, barcodes and invoices, accessories, freebies and original packaging defined as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, the product shall not be accepted for return and shall be sent back to you.

· The return packages should be adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit.

· We reserve the right not to accept return of products which (i) we believe are being returned after use, or (ii) are damaged at customers end (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).

3. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED PRODUCTS

· If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 7 days of receiving the order:

· Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (customer@mvscindia.com) within 7 business days of receiving the order.

· Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

· Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

· For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 4-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

· For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 36-48 business

hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

· In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through coupons, which can be used during future purchases.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

4. RETURN OF PART ORDERS

A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of an order can be done by us or by you as mentioned herein.

We have the discretion to cancel an order. The reasons for cancellation shall inter alia include without limitation the following:

· Your failure to comply with these Conditions or breach of any of the policies/terms referred herein

· Technical errors or issue

· Any reason relating to credit/fraud avoidance

· Invalid address or wrong address is provided by the User in order details

· Malpractices used to place the order

· Bulk order is placed for likely commercial resale

· Order is undelivered after two (2) attempts

· Pricing or specifications on any product as is shown on the Website due to any technical glitch, resulting into incorrect pricing or specifications.
